Plug Planting Augers for Planting Forestry Plugs
Want a faster and easier way to plant your forestry plugs? These heavy duty planting augers attach to all standard drills, and makes planting a snap. The PPA-1 auger 2" in diameter and 7" in length, great for our P1 and P2 size plugs. The PPA-3 is 3" in diameter and 7" in length, and works well for our P3 size Super Plugs. Simply drill the hole to the correct depth, place the plug into the hole, and back fill. With this auger attachment, you should be able to plant 125-150+ plugs per hour! Not intended for planting bare root plants.
